Our portfolio comprises a whole array of proposal types and scenarios for residential, commercial and industrial projects throughout Victoria. Everything from medical centres to schools, shops, child care centres, restaurants, gyms, education centres, nightclubs, change of use, recycled materials facilities to name a few.
Our reports are coherent with all aspects of the Victorian Planning Provisions backed up with over 25 years’ experience. We’ve worked on a whole array of proposal types and scenarios for residential, commercial and industrial projects throughout Victoria.
Each and every one of our reports are independently checked and cross-reference ensuring currency with possible amendments which may have been made to existing planning provisions and/or inclusions of new planning provisions.
We’re currently experiencing an emerging prevalence of change of use applications and associated signage and car parking applications.
The yellow dots represent the thousands of projects which have passed through our office. They include a whole array of proposal types and scenarios and the planning policies of each of the 79 councils throughout Victoria have been researched.
