Site & Neighbourhood Description Report (Site Analysis)
All development proposals must begin with a site analysis, its extent depending on the size and nature of your proposal. Eg. A major subdivision as opposed to an extension to a shop.
Our site & Neighbourhood Description is a report which will accompany your site analysis plan. It sifts through the site survey and property information to provide a summary of the existing conditions with respect to the site and neighbourhood.
Our reports describe how your proposal is consistent with relevant objectives and design guidelines. Includes a written statement describing how your proposal is consistent with the State Planning Policy Framework, Local Planning Policy Framework and the Municipal Strategic Statements, zoning, overlays, particular provisions and clause 54, 55 assessments. Our premium reports include a more detailed assessment of your proposal.
We recommend using this option for more contentious developments
