I reached out to Town Planners Melbourne to assist me appeal a crossover / driveway application which had been rejected by the local council. My initial application was not supported due to the proximity of my house to the boundary line. However Narelle and her team came up with an inventive solution to re-orientate the driveway and provided the relevant documentation including plans, feature level survey, a detailed streetscape noting houses similar to mine and a report addressing the various clauses / concerns raised by council. This resulted in a quick review and approval of the revised application and a member of the planning department contacting me to express their appreciation for such a professional and detailed submission.
