Neighbourhood & Site Description Report…Locality maps, DCMB, property report, title description, site information (site coverage, local amenities, site orientation etc), contours and vegetation, buildings and outbuildings, street furniture, car parking and access, fencing, adjacent buildings and outbuildings, abutting private open space, views and solar access, walls along boundaries.

Streetscape Elevations Heights measured using reflector less total station.

Level Survey / Contour…Natural surface levels throughout, floor level, neighbouring ridge heights; supply of TBM connected to Australian Heights Datum or an arbitrary datum.

Design Response Plan & Report…Plan showing proposal in context; report detailing assessment of proposal against Clause 55.
